THE HISTORY
Founded more than 50 years ago as a small family-run company, it immediately stood out in the footwear scene for the particular refinement of the line and for the use of precious materials such as ostrich leather, python and crocodile. The decisive turning point came in 1987 thanks to the skills and intuition of Alfredo Boccaccini.
Raised within the company, with a strong knowledge of the product and a great passion for footwear, crea "l'autre chose", a new collection that expresses the concept of explicit diversity: a different approach to the world of footwear.
The year 1998 is significant with the arrival in the company of Michela Casadei, a designer from the world of clothing. Thanks to her particular sensitivity and stylistic preparation, Michela interprets l'autre chose with a sophisticated, very feminine taste, paying particular attention to details and finishes.
In autumn-winter 2005 the first clothing collection designed by Michela Casadei was born with the intention of creating a real l'autre chose world, in extreme harmony with the image of the brand and with the company concept.
l'autre chose therefore established itself globally and especially in Italy as a Total Look brand.
