SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours days  of receipt of payment and sent via MAIL BOXES, guaranteeing a link to check the route of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging and transport. We recommend that you group your items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping costs will be applied to each of them. Your package will be sent under your responsibility. The boxes are reasonably sized, and your items are well protected.
The delivery of the products takes place on the Italian territory, and abroad. We do not ship to PO boxes.
The Customer may use the following means of delivery:

Cupertino Leonardo srl undertakes to deliver the products through the means chosen by the Customer and to the address indicated by the same when registering their data. Cupertino Leonardo srl, once the regularity of the order has been verified and the payment has been made, undertakes to process the order itself in 30 days, any delays or non-deliveries of the products cannot be imputed, nor attributable to Cupertino Leonardo srl, which will consider the contract finalized with the Customer with the delivery of the goods to the company in charge of delivery. As far as delivery times are concerned, the Customer must refer to the average times that the instrument chosen requires  Cupertino Leonardo srl declines any responsibility for the quality of the delivery service, which depends exclusively on the company in charge of the same.  Cupertino Leonardo srl, however, undertakes to collect any reports or complaints relating to missed or delayed deliveries of products by e-mail richieste@cupertino.it and, where appropriate, to act in accordance with the terms of the law. For products with manufacturing defects and/or damaged during transport, please refer to the next point.

If the product purchased on www.cupertinoshop.com has manufacturing defects or does not correspond to the right size, the Customer may request a replacement, within the mandatory term of 3 days from its receipt by writing to richieste@cupertino.it.
The email must contain a description of the reason why you are returning the product or the defect found. The Customer is also required to return the defective product in its original packaging, intact in all its parts. Cupertino Leonardo srl reserves the right to replace the returned product or to refund the Customer by issuing a Credit Note for an amount equal to the value of the product, less shipping costs. In the event of a replacement of the product, the shipping costs for the replacement are borne by Cupertino Leonardo srl. The latter will then replace the product with an identical one or, in the event of stock exhaustion and subject to agreement with the Customer, with one of equivalent value.

GUARANTEES

Cupertino Leonardo srl guarantees that at the time of shipment the items are all checked for any manufacturing defects, are intact, new and provided with an original tag, properly closed and packaged, and as such are delivered to the courier for shipment. Therefore it is not responsible for any damage or imperfections that occur after the items have left the Boutique to be shipped.

The application of the right of withdrawal provided for by Italian legislation with respect to goods purchased on  www.cupertinoshop.com provides for the following particularities. During the product selection procedure and ordering it, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods purchased on Cupertino Leonardo srl, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 5 of Legislative Decree no. 185/99. Within the above deadline, a registered letter with return receipt must be sent to Cupertino Leonardo srl, with registered office in Via Forcella, 75 - 72015 Fasano. It is required that the declaration with which the Client expresses the desire to withdraw is written in Italian. The Customer is also required to return the product intact in all its parts, unused and provided with the guarantee seal to the address just mentioned, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods. The refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product does not include the shipping costs for the return of the goods, which are fully borne by the Customer who intends to withdraw from the purchase. As regards the method of refund, Cupertino Leonardo srl will issue a Credit Note to the Customer equal to the amount of the product from which the withdrawal is made.
